1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or reserving a storage unit or service through Affordable Storage, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2 Services Provided

Affordable Storage provides storage units and parking spaces for boats, RVs, trailers, and other vehicles or commercial equipment. Availability, pricing, and specific amenities may vary by location.

3 Rental Agreements

All rentals are governed by a separate Rental Agreement signed upon leasing a unit or space. The Rental Agreement outlines payment terms, access rights, termination procedures, and customer responsibilities. These Terms & Conditions supplement but do not replace that agreement.

4 Payments and Fees

  • Payment is due as specified in your Rental Agreement.
  • Late fees, access restrictions, or unit lockouts may apply for missed payments.
  • We reserve the right to adjust rates with prior written notice as outlined in your lease agreement.
  • Payments can be made via approved online or in-person methods at participating locations.

5 Access and Security

All facilities are gated and monitored by security cameras. Access is limited to current tenants during posted access hours. Affordable Storage is not liable for damage or theft resulting from misuse of gate codes, negligence, or acts beyond our control.

6 Prohibited Items

Tenants may not store hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, perishable goods, or illegal items. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of storage privileges and potential legal action.

7 Liability and Insurance

Affordable Storage provides secure facilities but does not insure stored property. Tenants are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for stored vehicles or items. Affordable Storage is not liable for losses due to fire, theft, vandalism, weather, or natural disasters.

8 Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate access or service for violations of these Terms or the Rental Agreement. Upon termination, tenants must remove all property by the specified deadline or risk lien and auction procedures as permitted by Texas law.

9 Website Use

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and layout is owned by Affordable Storage. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

10 Changes to Terms

Affordable Storage may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
